343 Industries will be releasing a new "Halo 5" Monitor's Bounty Update that includes new Forge items and updates. It could also contain up to 650 new objects that can be used in the game mode.
In total, the Forge game mode will have more than 3800 usable items if the update is released. "Halo 5" players have been making interesting variations of game modes in Forge thanks to the complex scripting tools 343 Industries has provided.
One of the new scripting tools in the "Halo 5" Monitor's Bounty update is the Action Target which will allow players to set the action of up to 64 items at a time, Game Spot reported. The scripts will also have four actions per condition specified by the player. This will allow for more complex game rules in order to make more interesting game modes in the long run.
33 Industries will be including the old King of the Hill and Race game modes that were present in the previous "Halo" games. Players can make similar game modes or create their own just like the interesting Clogged Toilet and Quidditch.
Players will also be treated to new canvases for Forge such as Depths and Barrens. Depths will take players underwater which could make for a new unique perspective for "Halo 5" players. Barrens is more of a dried-up land where players can freely roam too.
The new "Halo 5" Monitor's Bounty update will also allow players to search for other servers with no matchmaking involved, Digital Trends reported. It will help players look for games in their own pace and not have to go through possibly unfair matchmaking.
PC users on Windows 10 can head on to the Windows Store to grab "Halo 5: Forge" and enjoy the unique and interesting game modes. 343 Industries will also be adding the Arena Mode for more game modes.
