The latest details for "Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2" will feature the possible release date and new characters added for the DLC pack 2.
Bandai Namco announced the second DLC pack for "Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2" which featured four new playable characters in the sequel's roster. These characters include the God of Destruction of Universe 6 and Beerus' brother Champa, his assistant and Whiz sister Vados, Zamasu, Super Saiyan Rose Black Goku and Super Saiyan Blue Vegito, Saiyan Island reported.
Champa and Vados made their debut in "Dragon Ball Super" as they search for the super Dragon Balls in order to defeat his brother Beerus. He also challenge Beerus for his universe 7's earth in a tournament which pits Champa's team of Universe 6 fighters against Beerus' team which include Son Goku, Vegeta, Piccolo, Majin Buu and Monaka.
Zamasu and Black Goku were introduced as the main villains of the recent "Future Trunks" saga. Zamasu is the apprentice of the Supreme Kai of Universe 10 Gowasu, but unlike his master he does not share his love for mortals, particularly humans due to their destructive capabilities and created a plan to erase all human beings in the universe with the "Zero Mortal Plan". He is then helped by Black Goku who is also version of Zamasu as he wished for the Super Dragon Balls to swap his body into Goku and kille him and his family in the process.
Black Goku terrorized Future Trunk's timeline, leading to Trunks to travel into the past to seek Son Goku and Vegeta's help in beating him. Black Goku also debuted his own version of a Super Saiyan form called "Super Saiyan Rose". With both Zamasu's fusing as one the only chance Goku anf Vegeta can beat him is to fuse together using the Potara earrings to become Vegito, and unleash Super Saiyan Blue Vegito.
Aside from the characters, there are also new game features, costumes and skills that Bandai Namco may yet to announce for the DLC pack 2. It is also speculated that the release date for DLC pack 2 will likely be on January 2017, iTechPost reported.
For now Bandai Namco will be launching its first DLC pack which include Universe 6 characters Frost and Cabba. Both characters will there own transformations as Frost will have his final form similar to Frieza and Cooler and Cabba will have his Super Saiyan form.
There are also new techniques such as Super Saiyan Blue Kaioken for Son Goku and Hit's pure progress. New masters will include Future Gohan, Cooler, Android 16, Bardock and Whis. 24 new set of techniques gamers can gain or learn and an in-game event called "Frieza Siege Event" were in Frieza and his army attack and took over Conton City. Winners of the event will be rewarded with ten exclusive Jersey costumes in the game.
Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2" is currently available in the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC platforms.
