University of Oklahoma president David Boren said in a statement, "This behavior will not be tolerated and will be addressed very quickly." He added that the university is already considering legal actions to be levied upon individual members of the fraternity.

The report added that members of the fraternity were given until Tuesday midnight in order to get their belongings out of the fraternity house, according to CNN.

The video shows a bus-full of fraternity members on their way to a party while chanting a very offensive racial slur that includes the N-word. The students on the video were clapping and looks to be on high spirit while singing, "There will never be a ni**** in SAE. You can hang him from a tree, but he can never sign with me."

The video found its way to the university newspaper and spread throughout the campus before it went viral. The Oklahoma Daily, University of Oklahoma's student newspaper, received the video on Sunday from an anonymous tipster, according to USA Today.

SAE's national chapter has already issued a public apology statement regarding its members "disgusting" behavior. Additionally, the organization has already suspended the members that took part in the video and might consider lifetime suspension for those responsible.
