The most chilling enemy of Sherlock's career is coming in the second installment of the season. The promo for "Sherlock" Season 4, episode 2 shows what happens in the new episode titled "The Lying Detective."

Update: The promos starts with a shot of Culverton Smith arriving with smile on his face as Sherlock says that he is "the most dangerous and the most despicable human being" that he has ever encountered.
"This monster must be ended," Sherlock says in the video.

Sherlock is up against his most dangerous enemy named Culverton Smith, who is someone with a dark secret.
