"Red Dead Redemption 2" is without a doubt one of Rockstar Games' long-awaited titles next to "Grand Theft Auto 6." That said fanatics of the western shooter game series have long been musing as to when will it be dished out to them since it was announced in October. This long hanging question might have been answered by a Liverpool-based online retailer as its pre-order listing for the game indicated a definite date onto it.

An online seller that goes by the name Littlewoods has been the topic of "Red Dead" fans as of late as the retailer posted a listing for Rockstar's upcoming game which is pretty much ordinary. Nonetheless, what made it interesting is the specific date on when they will ship out the title which is October 2, iDigitalTimes reported. Despite the developer staying mum about the game's official release, the October 2 release window seemed to fit in the bag as the teaser stated that it will be out in Fall of 2017.

It is worth mentioning, though that Rockstar has this penchant of bogging down its game releases just like what happened to the first game whose supposed rollout date was pushed a month further explaining that it needs to some finishing touches onto it, Express has learned. However, with the numerous ad paraphernalia, sponsorship to some sporting events, and the aforementioned pre-order listings, it seems most likely that Rockstar is pushing through with what is planned.

In the interim, other fans and game connoisseurs are wondering as to what will the new title showcase as soon as it comes out. Some theorized that the new "Red Dead" might come with a first person POV just like with "Grand Theft Auto 5." Another feature players would want to see is the co-op mode since it is rumored to add three more playable characters into the fray. Some fans are even contemplating if the game will have some sort of support just like with "GTA Online" that has been one of Rockstar's big milking cows to date.
