New "Kingdom Hearts 3" updates will feature new game details next month and a possible character customization teased.
It seems that Square Enix will reveal new game details for "Kingdom Hearts 3" next month as the Japanese game developers will be in attendance at this years Monaco Anime Game International Conferences event or MAGIC on Feb.19 alongside "Final Fantasy 7" remake, Attack of the Fanboy reported.
Square Enix game director Tetsuya Nomura will be present during the event as it would interesting to see what kind of announcement he will make regarding "Final Fantasy 7" remake and "Kingdom Hearts 3" considering that Nomura stated he will reveal more details for both games after "Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8: Final Chapter Prologue" is release in January.
Meanwhile, Nomura also teased that "Kingdom Hearts 3" will likely feature a character customization for Sora and other heroes as it was first showcased in "Kindgom Heart Hd 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue" where in Aqua gets all sorts of accessories in the game.
However, Nomura stated that he is still unsure if the character customization feature will be incorporated in "Kingdom Hearts 3" in time, explaining that they have a lot of priorities ahead of them soon, GamingBolt reported.
Previous reports teased that "Kingdom Heart" characters Riku and King Mickey will have a new look in "Kingdom Hearts 3" as Nomura told Dengeki Online that Riku's outfit has been completed and it is based from the Kingdom Hearts χ[chi] 3rd anniversary artwork from July of 2016.
Both Riku and King Mickey will play a huge role in the events of "Kingdom Hearts 3" as Sora, Donald and Goofy will travel to new Disney Worlds in search of the Seven Guardians of Light, while Riku and King Mickey are tasked to find a battle-scarred Keyblade wielder, who will help them in the coming Keyblade War against Master Xehanort and his new Organization XIII.
Square Enix looks to be reworking all of the models in "Kingdom Hearts 3" and assured gaming fans that they are progressing forward as well as the timing for the announcement of new game details. The developers also teased that gamers could expect a "PS4 quality" made title in "Kingdom Hearts 3".
As for the lighting, Square Enix wanted to present it without hurting the atmosphere, and they are receiving guidance from Visual Works and experimenting through trial and error.
There were trial and errors about the "Situation Command" and how to display them so it will not look like a simple QTE, etc. "Situation Commands" are an evolution of "Kingdom Hearts 2's" Reaction Commands and would play a integral part in "Kingdom Hearts 3".
"Kingdom Hearts 3" is speculated to be release on 2017 for the PS4 and Xbox One.
