New details for "Final Fantasy XV" will feature a new update photo settings and a possible release for a PC version next year along with "Final Fantasy 7' remake.
Square Enix announce new photography settings in "Final Fantasy XV's" next update called “self-photographing feature”, which allows gamers can only utilize the feature outside of battle, so Prompto’s auto-snapshot style will be in charge of any pictures taken during combat, Gematsu reported.
The "self-photographing" update for "Final Fantasy XV" will launch on Jan. 24 alongside the "Holiday DLC Packs" and the Moogle Chocobo Carnival event. The carnival will take place in Altissia and it is not clear at this point how long the festival will last, though Square Enix did specify that the "Moogle Chocobo Carnival" would only run “for a limited time” in the game.
In addition, the event will also give a new costume called the “Choco-Mog Tee” that can only be worn by Noctis, it will add a photo frame, and many more.
It is previously reported that Square Enix will have working on something "awesome" for "FFXV's" storyline.
This comes as an addition information to Square Enix plans to "evolve" the current game with slight changes to the game’s story, including reworking "FFXV's" 13th chapter, and the previously detailed Season Pass episodes.
Game director Hajime Tabata described the planned updates and DLC as laying a foundation for future initiatives and it seems as if Square Enix is escalating their post-launch content plans every time it is brought up.
Tabata stated before that the post-2017 plans for updates and DLCs for "Final Fantasy XV" is his way of "giving back" to the gaming fans who have supported the "FFXV" project and now gaming fans will have something to look forward to in the sequel within this year.
Meanwhile, Tabata stated in an interview that it will take more than a year for "Final Fantasy XV" to be develop for the PC platform as he wanted to provide a better version of the game for users compared to the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One consoles.
PC users were adamant about having "Final Fantasy XV" for the PC going to the point that they made online petition for Square Enix to think and reconsider several years back due to being focused on the console versions, WCCFTech reported.
There have been speculations that the PC version of "FFXV" could launch next year along with "Final Fantasy 7" remake, however, Square Enix dismissed the claim as just a "rumor".
"Final Fantasy XV" is currently available for the PS4 and Xbox One consoles.
