"Tomorrow With You" star Lee Jae Hoon is more than excited to work with his co-star, Shin Min Ah in tvN's newest fantasy drama.
While speaking with AllKPop, the actor admitted that he has been waiting for a chance to work with Shin Min Ah for the past 10 years. When it finally happened, he is very excited and happy that their chemistry is palpable.
"So I thought if I could work with this actress within a love story, it would be nice. I really, really wanted to meet her, so when I got the chance to meet her, I was incredibly happy," he said.
The actor continued by saying that since they are the same age, they do not have a hard time relating with each other. They can talk about a lot of things and are also comfortable with having each other around.
"In romance, the chemistry with the other person is very important, and Min Ah made me feel very comfortable on set, plus she made me laugh a ton with just the way she was, which helped me to become engrossed in my character and act him out well," he continued.
"Tomorrow With You" will be replacing the popular tvN drama, "Goblin," starring Gong Yoo and Kim Go-eun. The series aired its final episode on Saturday, Jan. 21 and received very impressive ratings. The filming for "With You Tomorrow" started in September 2016, and the K-drama will premiere on Feb. 3.
The official synopsis for the new TV show has also been released online. "Yoo So Joon is a time-traveler owning a real estate company worth 200 billion won. When he sees his future self-living unhappily, he decides to avoid that fate by marrying Song Ma Rin without love. While their start is a fake marriage, he sees that his wife gets hurt because of him, and it starts to distress him. Slowly he wil be falling in love with her, despite marrying her for selfish and loveless reasons.
