It is official. BIGBANG member T.O.P and JYJ member Kim Junsu have officially entered the training camp for their two-year mandatory military service.
On Feb. 09, Thursday, both T.O.P and Junsu arrived at the Nonsan Army Training Center in South Chungcheong province, Korea Boo reported. While the two wanted to enlist quietly, hundreds of global fans waited at the location since the early morning just to see them off.
More than 200 hundreds of global fans held up signs for T.O.P and Junsu that read "Stay well, Seung-Hyun (T.O.P's real name)" or "We will wait for you, Jun-Su." While the Kpop idols did not greet their fans who waited for them, they both wrote farewell messages on their respective Instagram accounts.

"I really want to leave quietly today," T.O.P said in a now-deleted Instagram post. "Please understand even if I leave without any greetings. I'm sorry."
T.O.P and Junsu are set to enter the Nonsam Army Training Center for four weeks of basic military training. After which, the former is expected to continue his service as a band agent specialist at the Seoul Metropolitan Police Department, while the latter will serve as a police officer at the Gyeonggi Nambu Provincial Police Agency, The Kpop Herald reported.
T.O.P is the first among five BIGBANG members to enter the military. G-Dragon and Taeyang will enlist in 2017 and will then be followed by Daesung and Seungri in 2018 and 2019, respectively.
Despite initial reports that T.O.P refused to see the other BIGBANG members before his enlistment, the group's leader G-Dragon managed to catch up with him at the hair salon on Jan. 08, Wednesday. The heartwarming moment was shared by the latter on his official Instagram account.
