"Sungha Jung Live in Manila 2017" started with Jung playing tracks from "L'Atelier," his latest album which means "studio" in French. It is mostly of soothing melodies suitable enough to kick off his captivating performances.

Following the performance of his new tracks, Jung started to perform covers. His version of BIGBANG's "Last Dance" was one of his most recent arrangements which was loudly applauded by the audience.

The music artist likewise rendered a track not uploaded to his YouTube channel yet, Sting's "Englishman in New York"  and The Carpenters' "Close To You." The latter is his favorite, Hello KPop quoted Jung as saying before the crowd during his concert.

The acoustic fingerstyle guitarist performed his classic tunes "River Flows in You," a work by Korean composer and pianist Yiruma, his cover of BTS' "Blood Sweat & Tears" and an original song from his album "Monologue," "Flaming." He also performed "Stay With Me" by EXO's Chanyeol and Crush's "Beautiful."

One of the evening's highlights was when the 20-year-old musician treated his fans with a medley of Korean drama OSTs. He is aware that Filipinos love Korean dramas and played an OST from KBS' recently-concluded "Goblin."

The YouTube star then announced the last track he was about to perform which was an Original Pinoy Music for his Filipino fans. He had specially arranged "Tadhana" by Up Dharma Down.

The OPM was followed by Jung's encore of performances. The artist then signed autographs for VIP ticket holders and those who bought his album.

Jung is musically inspired by German guitar teacher and solo guitarist, Ulli Bögershausen, the former said in his official website. The young Korean guitarist was nine years old when his father uploaded a video of him playing the guitar. The video went viral and Jung was invited to perform by many artists around the world.
