The newest patch for "Watch Dogs 2" is enormous, taking up 10 GB on the Xbox One and PS4 and 14 GB on the PC. The new patch, in addition to other tweaks and fixes, expanded the game's original ending.
According to the full patch notes written in the official "Watch Dogs 2" website, the latest update gives new world locations, dances, emotes, and clothing. However, the most interesting among these is the modification made for the original game's ending, but for those curious about the change, the developers made sure that no spoilers are given.
The patch notes even went so far as to say that those who finished the story should replay the last mission, as they will be able to watch a "little extra something" once they're done. According to Kotaku, the ending gives potential hints to the game follow-up that will take place in a new location, as coordinates pointing towards Brixton, London are displayed on-screen.
However, without any confirmation from Ubisoft, it might mean little to nothing at all, as it could be just a simple reference to the English city. It could be possible that the coordinates points to the next location to be tackled in the franchise, but it is all just speculation at this point.
There are a lot of new locations added to the map, as a means of preparing for the upcoming expansion for the game, the "Human Conditions" DLC. Ubisoft did not mention the locations yet, but encouraged players to tweet them the locations they found while exploring.
Miscellaneous updates include new dance variations triggered by the clothes Marcus is wearing, as well as two new emotes, Mock and Laughing. Finally, for clothing, there will be 12 new clothing items to be added in various shops as well as 4 more in the DeadSec shop.
