"Once Upon a Time" Season 6 episode 11 titled "Tougher than the Rest" will air on ABC on March 5, Sunday, at 8 p.m. In the episode, a confession will be made by Gideon (Giles Matthey).
Gideon will reveal his past whereabouts to Belle French (Emilie de Ravin) and Mr. Gold (Robert Carlyle). David Nolan (Josh Dallas) and Captain Hook (Colin O'Donoghue) will not let Gideon confront Emma Swan (Jennifer Morrison).
On the other hand, Emma will learn how to change her fate. As for Regina Mills (Lana Parilla), she is worried a better outcome to be presented by an alternate world.
"Tougher than the Rest" is written by "Once Upon a Time" creators Adam Horowitz and Edward Kitsis and directed by Billy Gierhart. Joining Matthey, de Ravin, Carlyle, Dallas, O'Donoghue, Morrison and Parilla in the episode are Ginnifer Goodwin as Mary Margaret Blanchard, Jared Gilmore as Henry Mills, Rebecca Mader as Selena, Eion Bailey as August W. Booth/Pinocchio, Sean Maguire as Robin Hood, Nancy Sivak as Helen and Wil Traval as Sheriff of Nottingham, among others.
In "Once Upon a Time" Season 6 episode 1, viewers were surprised to see Gideon protecting Belle from Gold. It turns out that the twist was a part of the plan from the start.
Recently, Horowitz told E! News that as an actor, Matthey is so talented that when they met him, they saw what he could do. The series creator added that it seemed like he was the perfect fit for what they wanted to do with the Gideon and he has brought much of his own creativity into it.
"The collaboration in creating this character has been really amazing," Horowitz told the publication. "And I feel confident the best is yet to come in what we're going to see from Giles."
