Someone in Alexandria has to make a decision in "The Walking Dead" Season 7 episode 12 titled "Say Yes," which will air on AMC on March 5, Sunday, at 9 p.m. This decision is a morally challenging one.

At the latter part of "Hostiles and Calamities," which was written by David Leslie Johnson and directed by Kari Skogland, Dr. Eugene was watching over the zombie playpen when Dwight (Austin Amelio) walked over. Dr. Evil then reintroduced himself to Dwight.
"Eugene, you're Dwight, we are Negan," Dr. Evil told Dwight, to with the latter halfheartedly responded, "Yeah."
