Robert Pattinson, 30, and Tahliah Debrett Barnett, who is professionally known as FKA Twigs, have been engaged for almost two years. Rumors claim that their wedding is set to take place before 2017 ends crushing the dreams of the fans who still fancy Pattinson and his "Twilight" co-star Kirsten Stewart, 26, getting back together.
On May 2, 2016, Pattinson and Twigs graced the red carpet of the 2016 Met Gala. Also present during the fashion event was Stewart but the run-in was said to be not as awkward as expected.
Paparazzi were disappointed after the 2016 Met Gala as Pattinson and Twigs appeared to have disappeared from the public spotlight after the event. But in December 2016, the two attended the Los Angeles Dance Project Gala together.
On Feb. 4, Stewart appeared on "Saturday Night Live," where she described herself as "so gay." On Feb. 5, Pattinson and Twigs were seen in London, particularly leaving the Groucho Club in Soho after a romantic night out together, Daily Mail reported.
On Feb. 16, Pattinson and Twigs were seen again in London posing along the red carpet at the European premiere of "The Lost City of Z." The former wore navy suit with a black tie while the latter was in a black jumpsuit with zipper embellishments, E! News
In "The Lost City of Z," Pattinson plays Corporal Henry Costin. His co-stars Charlie Hunnam and Edward Ashley play Coronel Percy Fawcett and Corporal Arthur Manley, respectively.
Directed by James Gray, "The Lost City of Z" will premiere in the United States on April 21. Among the co-stars of Pattinson, Hunnam and Ashley are Tom Holland, Sienna Miller, Franco Nero, Angus Macfayden, Harry Melling, Daniel Huttlestone and Aleksandar Jovanovic.
Neither Pattinson nor Twigs has confirmed the date of their wedding. They reportedly are serious about getting married but they are not in a rush.
Meanwhile, "Personal Shopper," which stars Stewart opposite Lars Eidinger and Sigrid Bouaziz, will have is U.S. premiere on March 10, Friday. Watch the trailer of the film here:
