South Korean superstars Lee Min Ho and Jang Geun Suk are not moving to Japan. However, they are set to grace the cover of a Japanese magazine.
Lee and Jang will be the cover models for the April issue of Hallyu Pia, as cited by Korea Herald. The most recent issue of the magazine will be released on March 22.
The magazine will feature an interview with Lee, who will talk about the SBS drama series "Legend of the Blue Sea." There will be a special edition of the pictorial featuring Jang, as well.
Like Lee, Jang starred in an SBS drama series in 2016. Playing Baek Dae Gil, Jang was one of the seven main cast members of the historical drama series "Jackpot," which was written by Kwon Soon Gyu and directed by Nam Geon.
"Jackpot" also starred Hyun Woo, Lim Ji Yeon, Yoon Jin Seo, Choi Min Soo, Jun Kwang Ryul and Yeo Jin Goo. The DVD of the SBS drama series, which is also known as "The Royal Gambler," will be released in Japan soon.
In 2003, Jang studied English and Japanese at Nelson College in New Zealand. Lee, on the other hand, starred in 2009 in "Boys Over Flowers," which was based on the Japanese manga series of the same name written by Yoko Kamio.
Lee's first SBS drama series was "Mackerel Run," which was released in 2007. The high school sitcom also starred Jang Tae Hoon, Go Kyu Pil, Jung Yoon Jo, Kwon Se In and Moon Chae Won.
After "Mackerel Run," Lee had four more SBS drama series. He starred in "City Hunter," "Faith" and "The Heirs" in 2011, in 2012 and in 2013, respectively, and returned to the small screen in 2016 in "The Legend of the Blue Sea."
While Geun Suk is currently single, Lee is dating K-Pop girl group miss A member Bae Su Ji, who is professionally known as Suzy. Fans of Suzy will soon her featured in the Korean InStyle magazine.
