Juaquin James Malphurs, 28, famously known as the pro-marijuana rapper Waka Flocka Flame, announced his candidacy for the next president of the United States in 2016 while the world is celebrating 4/20, the unofficial marijuana day, on April 20, Monday.

In an interview with Rolling Stone, Waka Flocka Flame he plans to legalize marijuana if he manages to beat Hilary Clinton and become the next Barack Obama. Moreover, he would like to bad dogs in restaurants and introduce innovative new policy proposals on employment, education, and Congressional reform.

Waka Flocka Flame is not alone in his plan to beat Clinton and become the next Obama. He has a running mate, Yves Mondesir, 42, who is famously known as DJ Whoo Kid, the "Hollywood Saturdays" host on Sirius/XM Radio.

This is not the first time Waka Flocka Flame publicly declared his interest in becoming the next U.S. president in 2016. On Nov. 6, 2012, the Atlanta rapper tweeted, "I'm dead a** running for president in 2016."

As a rapper, Waka Flocka Flame has five songs that made it to the Billboard Hot 100 chart. His "No Hands" featuring Roscoe Dash and Wale peaked at number 13 while his "O Let's Do It" peaked at number 62.

Waka Flocka Flame's collaboration songs "I Don't Really Care" with Trey Songz, "Get Low" with Nicki Minaj, Tyga and Florida, and "Round Of Applause" with Drake peaked at numbers 64, 72 and 86 respectively.

Born in South Jamaica, Queens, New York, Waka Flocka Flame is the son of Gucci Mane's former manager Debra Antney, who is also the So Icey/Mizay Enertainment CEO.
