Leaked information of the alleged BlackBerry Porsche Design P'9984, codenamed "Keian," surfaced online.
According to CrackBerry, BlackBerry CEO John Chen announced the upcoming BlackBerry Porsche Design at the Mobile World Congress in March. Not much information was released, but speculations surrounding the smartphone say that its design will be based on the BlackBerry Passport.
Ubergizmo leaked photograph show the smartphone's screen and keyboard. The smartphone's screen also looks wider.
The images were first posted on Weibo. Aside from the rumored BlackBerry "Keian," photographs and specifications of two new BlackBerry smartphones were also leaked.
One of the smartphone is the curved device called the BlackBerry Slide also known as the BlackBerry Venice. The new smartphone is rumored to be BlackBerry's next flagship device. It has a 5.1-inch display with a 1440x2560 resolution.
The BlackBerry Slide's official specs sheet includes an octa-core processor, 16 megapixel rear-facing camera, 5 megapixel front-facing camera and a 3,600 mAh battery pack.
The successor to the BlackBerry Passport dubbed as "Oslo" has a 1440x1440 resolution, a Snapdragon chipset, 13 megapixel camera and a 3,450 mAh battery. The new smartphone sports the same spacious physical QWERTY keyboard, which is present in the BlackBerry Passport.
The leaked information does not contain the official announcement date as well as the pricing for the aforementioned smartphones.
