The former child star did not only use the app to meet men outside of her circle, she also revealed that she landed a date with a "cool" guy.
During her recent interview with Ryan Seacrest on "On Air With Ryan Seacrest," Duff shared what transpired during their bowling date.
"We went bowling so we didn't have to talk too much, but we did talk a lot actually. He was cool. He brought a friend and I had some friends there. He used to be in editing for reality shows. Now, he's an actor and he just wrote a play. He's an interesting guy," she lamented.
However, Duff revealed that there is one downside to the guy and that is he is also an actor, according to US Weekly.
"To be honest, I don't really want to date an actor. But I think he has a few jobs," she explained.
When asked whether or not they shared a kiss, Duff was quick to say that no such thing happened.
"No! Absolutely not! I don't know how I'm feeling, we'll see how it goes!" she exclaimed.
The actress also revealed that she plans on using Tinder for as long as she could, especially now that she become a Tinder animal.
Meanwhile, Duff split from her husband Mike Comrie last February after reports circulated that the latter drunkenly hit on a waitress and offered her money in exchange for sex.
As of late, Comrie is requesting to have joint custody of their son Luca. Duff meanwhile filed to have primary custody of their son,
