Known for her "Thor: The Dark World" role Sif, Jaimie Alexander, 31, is about to take another challenging role as a naked tattooed Jane Doe discovered in Times Square in the new NBC series "Blindspot."
According to the official synopsis released by NBC, "Blindspot" is a crime-solving drama with a vast international plot. It features Alexander's character entirely covered in "mysterious, intricate tattoos with no memory of who she is or how she got there."
One major part of the "Blindspot" story is a tattoo emblazoned across the back of Alexander's character, which bears the name of FBI agent Kurt Weller (Sullivan Stapleton). Along with the rest of the FBI, Agent Weller immediately realizes that every mark on the Jane Doe's body is a crime to solve that leads the investigators closer to the truth about her identity.
Producing "Blindspot" is Greg Berlanti, who is also the man behind "Arrow," "The Flash," and "DC'S Legends of Tomorrow."
Currently, "Blindspot" is set to air this fall on NBC Mondays.
Joining Alexander and Stapleton in the "Blindspot" cast are Ashley Johnson, Johnny Whitworth, Rob Brown, Bree Williamson, Ukweli Roach, Audrey Esparza, Samantha Rivers Cole, Ashley Trawinski, Joanna Lu, Angel Rosa, Trevor Long, Galway McCullough and Yung-I Chang, among others.
Alexander also plays Lady Sif in the TV series "Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D."
On May 11, Monday, Alexander attended party in New York City displaying her taut midriff and bra in a sheer long-sleeved crop top matched with a high-waisted leather pencil skirt, Daily Mail reported.
