More devices were confirmed to get Android 5.0 Lollipop updates in their respective regions and carriers pretty soon. The Android 5.0 upgrade is going to hit Samsung Galaxy S4 Spark, Galaxy S4, Galaxy S5, Galaxy Note 3 Neo, Galaxy Note 3, Galaxy Note 2 and HTC One M7.
It appeared that the roll out of the Lollipop update for the Samsung Galaxy Note 2 is hitting more regions as Samsung Portugal and Samsung Morocco stated that their region will be getting the Android 5.0 Lollipop upgrade, Tech Times reported.
Furthermore, other U.K. Carriers confirmed that their region would be getting the Android 5.0 Lollipop update. A few regions confirmed that their area will not be getting the Android 5.0 upgrade for the Samsung Galaxy Note 2.
The Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Neo was confirmed to be the next device to get the Android 5.0 Lollipop update. Samsung Netherlands verified through its Twitter account that the Android 5.0 upgrade would be hitting Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Neo units in The Netherlands pretty soon.
Samsung Galaxy Note 3 and Samsung Galaxy S5 are other Samsung devices to get the Lollipop update. Also, the mobile carrier Sprint rolled out Android 5.0 Lollipop updates for the Galaxy S4 Spark and Galaxy S4, according to Master Herald.
The mobile carrier Verizon also rolled out Android 5.0 Lollipop updates for the HTC One M7 devices. Once the Android 5.0 upgrade hit their devices, users could expect features such as smart lock, revamped notifications panel and Quick Settings area, screen pinning, improved visual voice mail, additional file manager, search functionality within the Settings app and new interface for Recents section.
