The latest iPad Pro is going to sport expanded functionality and will be available in a size of 12.9 inches. It will also include a stylus can be paired with the tablet to give 3D input sensing to the users.
There is also a mention of the inclusion of grip sensors and pressure sensors in this 3D stylus, which will be used to detect the pressure applied on the pen during its usage, according to Hot Apple News. It will also include Apple's force touch technology which is can be currently seen only in MacBook.
It is also rumored that this pen will connect the device through the Bluetooth technology to other devices. This could allow the pen to launch apps quickly, with the click of a button. The inclusion of a stylus for Apple products was earlier dismissed, and this will be the first time that an Apple product will include a pen.
With the inclusion of the stylus, it will also push the brand to compete with devices like the Galaxy Note and other tablets, according to The Tech Radar. At the moment, it is unclear if the iPad Pro Pen will be an optional add on with the device or will be inclusive of all prices for the device itself.
iPad Pro release is expected within this year, but Apple has yet to make a confirmation about the release date. iPad Pro is still in its testing stage, and some rumors say that Apple may include a new version of iOS in this tablet for supporting the multi user mode and the 3D stylus.
