Microsoft Surface Pro 4 release date will happen soon as its predecessor, Surface Pro 3, recently received $150 off.
Microsoft may be hinting what you should get yours father or husband on Father's Day this weekend as it slashed up to $150 off the Surface Pro 3 tablet-laptop hybrid. The company has offered numerous discounts for Surface Pro 3 in the past months to keep consumers interested in the device.
The Surface Pro 3 64GB with Intel Core i3 is still available for $799. Below are the new prices of the other variants of the Surface Pro 3 laplet.
- The Core i5 version with 4 GB RAM and 128 GB SSD is on sale for $899 from $999.
- The Core i5 version with 8 GB RAM and 256 GB SSD is on sale for $1,149 from $1,299.
- The Core i7 version with 8 GB RAM and 256 GB SSD is on sale for $1,399 from $1,549.
- The Core I7 version with 8 GB RAM and 512 GB SSD is on sale for $1,799 from $1,949.
Microsoft will also throw in a free protective sleeve until October 1. The Microsoft Surface Pro 3 deal will run until June 27. However, if you are planning it to give it as a gift for Father's Day, place the order on or before June 17.
Microsoft Surface Pro 4 rumored release date is in July 29 at the release of Windows 10 operating system. However, Microsoft has not announced the official launch of the device, but discounts on the predecessor is a clear hint on the imminent release of the device's successor.
Some of the purported features of the Microsoft Surface Pro 4 are: 12-inch screen display with 2K pixel resolution, Intel Skylake processor, stylus, and USB Type-C port. Just like the previous Microsoft Surface Pro 3, the device will sport a keyboard accessory that will transform the device into an ultra-portable laptop. Moreover, the Redmond-based tech giant previously indicated that it would ensure compatibility of accessories like its Type Cover 3 and Docking Station with future generations of the Pro.
