The first official trailer of last drama movie of the late iconic actor Robin Williams is out. The actor will don the screen for the last time in "Boulevard," which is set to release on July 10.
The extremely emotional trailer of the upcoming movie does not fail to tug at the heartstrings as it shows Williams playing the role of a 60-year-old man trapped in an unrewarding job, with a superficially stale marriage, and apparently only one friend in his life.
After visiting his father in a nursing home one day, the man decides to give a lift to an apparent male prostitute, with whom he strikes a platonic friendship.
As the movie will progress, the Williams' character is likely to question his sexuality, which in turn will trigger a self-imposed turmoil. The actor will be seen showing some extreme emotions of regret as well as euphoria as his character begins to climb out of his rut after getting in contact with the young boy.
Williams will be joined by "Better call Saul" star Bob Odenkirk, who plays the role of the lead character's friend, and "13 Going On 30" actress Kathy Baker, who is playing the role of his wife.
The movie was premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival last year, where it was received with overwhelming response, E! News reported.
"Boulevard" is one of the final movies of the late actor before he committed suicide in August 2014. Before his death, he also wrapped up "A Merry Friggin' Christmas," which was released last November, and "Night At The Museum: Secret Of The Tomb," which came out following month.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Williams had also lent his voice to Dennis, a dog in "Absolutely Anything," which is set to release in 2016. Meanwhile, check out the amazing performance of the iconic star in the trailer below.
