The latest "Dance Moms" season 6 spoilers revealed that Maddie Ziegler is no longer returning to the Lifetime series. It was said that Abby Lee Miller's decision to leave had made a huge impact on the dancer.
Speaking to MTV, the dancer from the popular "Elastic Heart" video revealed that she is having second thought about entering another contract with Lifetime. Ziegler revealed that she needed some time to think about it given that they have just finished shooting season 5. She added that she also did not know what will happen in the coming season following rumors of Miller's departure.
Miller had been very vocal about her plans to leave the reality series. She claimed that Lifetime still owed her money and added that she would not consider signing another contract until she and the rest of the girls receive what was promised to them. Miller also shared that it was "highly unlikely" that all of the "Dance Moms" cast members will be returning for season 6.
Meanwhile, as IB Times reported, Maddie was still not over her sister, Mackenzie Ziegler, beating her in the last episode. In the promo video for the upcoming episode, titled "West Coast," Maddie was seen glaring at her sister when Miller praised her recent achievements. The rest of the team, however, was reportedly happy that the younger Ziegler won. It was said that the coach was planning to pit the sisters against each other. Miller reportedly wanted to test Mackenizie's ability to handle intense pressure in her next performance.
"Dance Moms" airs Tuesdays at 9 p.m. on Lifetime.
