Apple is expected to launch the iPad Mini 4 in the fall. It is rumored to be packed with some killer specs including an A9 processor, Apple Pay and a Touch ID system.
With two disappointing releases iPad Air 2 and iPad Mini 3 in 2014, Apple is stepping up its game with their new flagship model of iPad, according to IBT.
The iPad Mini 4 is said to be the thinnest tablet in the history of tablets. The fourth generation of the miniature iPad is rumored to be equipped with an A9 or an A9X processor chip set along with an M9 co-processor. It may also feature 2 GB of RAM. iPad Mini 4 is rumored to resemble the iPad Air 2. It is expected to sport a single row of speaker holes, The Mac World reported.
A recent leak of an iPad Mini 4 case confirmed that the upcoming device will be radically different from its predecessors. It also revealed that Apple is planning to do away with the mute button and instead add a small microphone.
iPad Mini 4 is expected to have a 7.9 inch screen and will also be using the latest version of Apple's operating systems, iOS 9. It may also feature a Touch ID system in addition to the Apple Pay Support which will enable the users to experience better security when they do online purchases. It may be equipped with a longer battery life and a far better storage capacity than iPad Mini 3.
