HP recently announced that the company will roll out PC with pre-installed Windows 10 operating system on the same day that Microsoft will launch the OS.
HP vice president for product strategy and customer experience for personal systems Mike Nash said, "Customers can go buy Windows 10 machines on HP.com right now and you'll have them on July 29th."
Nash added that PC's with built-in Windows 10 operating system is only available for online purchase. Additionally, in order to boasts its sales, HP will handle the cost of shipping for customers in the United States who preorders a PC with a preinstalled copy of Windows 10.
According to The Register, regions outside of the US will receive the same deal on a later date.
For customers who wants to purchase a Windows 10 PC on a store, a handful of HP retailers will offer Windows 10 PC's by Aug. 2.
Currently, three HP laptops, the Spectre x360, Envy x360 and HP15, comes preinstalled with Windows 10 and is available in four different configuration. For desktop PC's, the HP All-in-one and HP Pavilion is available in three different Windows 10 configuration.
The announcement from HP came in as a surprise for many tech analysts since, early in July, Microsoft made a statement that the Windows 10 roll out will not come with a hardware launch, according to PC World.
On the other hand, several hardware manufacturers has also announced that they will ship out personal computers running on the Windows 10 platform on the same day Microsoft launches the upgrade. Among these are Dell, Acer and Lenovo.
