Did the tattoo artist who inked Jennifer Lawrence's hand failed his chemistry or science class in high school? The award-winning A-lister got the new tattoo while she was with the Liam Hemsworth and his family and was asked about her tats at Comic.Con.
The artist inked H2O on her right hand when it should be H2O. Jennifer opted for the chemical symbol of water because "I'm always going to need to be hydrated."
The actress explains, "By the way, I know the '2' is high and in H2O, the '2' is supposed to be low," quotes HitFix. Lawrence, on a hindsight, says she should have Googled it before having the chemical symbol tattooed on her body.
But Lawrence didn't get mad over the error and instead quips, "I call this tattoo a watered-down rebellion."
The tattoo session was part of a bonding experience with Hemsworth, her co-star in "Hunger Games," according to Vogue.
Lawrence will return to the silver screen in a film by director David Russell, due for showing on Christmas 2015. It is the story of Joy Mangano, the woman who invented the miracle mop. Her co-stars in the movie are Bradley Cooper and Robert de Niro, according to Perez Hilton.
Also in the film about the four generations of the Mangano family and how Joy established the business are Edgar Ramirez, Isabella Rossellini, Diane Ladd and Virginia Madsen.
