Contrary to the earlier reports, it is now rumored that the estranged couple, Ben Affleck and Jennifer garner, is likely to ensue in a bitter battle for the custody of their kids in the coming days.
According to recent reports, the 42-year-old actor is rumored to be gearing up to appeal for joint legal and physical custody of his three children while the "Daredevil" star is hoping for sole physical custody, though, it is not known whether the actress has taken the legal action for filing for sole custody yet.
Garner is known to be extremely attached with her kids and has remained a constant figure in their lives. The actress is unlikely to easily agree to a joint custody with her estranged husband, with whom she is getting divorced reportedly owing to infidelity and alcohol problems.
The actor is currently enjoying a sole time with his kids in their Atlanta home as Garner is busy filming her new movie "Miracles From Heaven," Mirror reported. Rumors say that the actor is intentionally trying to be around his kids to come out as a responsible and involved father in the eyes of the court.
Soon after making the divorce official, the actor reportedly made sure to be around his kids by taking them and his estranged wife to the Bahamas.The actor reportedly went back to Los Angeles after the vacation, but hopped back to Atlanta when he learned about Garner's busy schedule.
Meanwhile, Affleck is still wearing his wedding ring. The actor was last seen on July 15 at ESPY awards held in Los Angeles, where he made a surprise appearance to give away Icon Award to retired New York Yankees captain Derek Jeter, People reported.
