The much awaited “Grand Theft Auto” 6 release may more likely happen by 2018 with big names voicing lead roles, rather than the previously rumored 2020, with a mini series to be launched in between like the “GTA City” series.
The upcoming title is expected to bring back the six-star wanted levels available in “GTA 4,” which was reduced to five-stars in “GTA 5,” Franchise Herald reported.
Rumor has it that the game developer Rockstar is also reportedly working on including an entirely new feature of letting the players play as a good guy with new money-generating missions like getting recruited in the army or police force.
The sixth installment in the “Grand Theft Auto” series will reportedly have the entire United States mapped out for its location and will feature super couple Ryan Gosling and Eva Mendes as the lead, Day Herald reported.
According to the other reports like China Topix, the develop will try to use the strategy of the now cancelled PlayStation 4 game “Silent Hills,” in which the main protagonist was a big name star (Norman Reedus). Taking in to account the three-man team in “GTA 5,” the “GTA 6” will probably have 2 other stars joining Gosling, as the game will more likely have big names voice lead roles like the “GTA: Vice City.”
The next title in the “GTA” series is also said to be in the works for only the current generation consoles initially, with a PC version to follow later. It seems like there won’t be a PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 version.
However, Rockstar is yet to even officially confirm anything related to the upcoming “GTA 6” release.
