Starring Stephen Amell as Oliver Queen, "Gotham" season 4 will premiere on Fox on Sept. 21 with new characters including Theo Galivan, Captain Nathaniel Barnes, Silver St. Cloud and Tabitha Galavan/Tigress.
Theo Galivan, Captain Nathaniel Barnes, Silver St. Cloud and Tabitha Galavan/Tigress will be played by James Frain, Michael Chiklis, Natalie Alyn Lind and Jessica Lucas, respectively, Flickering Myth has learned.
Before playing Theo Galivan in "Gotham" season 4, Frain played Lieutenant Kevin Burris in "True Detective." He will appear in the first 14 episodes of the new season of "Gotham" except for episode 4 titled "Strike Force," which will air on Oct. 12.
Chiklis played Milo in "Sons of Anarchy" and Dell Toledo in "American Horror Story" before playing Captain Nathaniel Barnes in "Gotham" season 4. He is also set to star in the 2016 sci-fi thriller "Rupture" with Noomi Rapace, Peter Stormare and Kerry Bishe.
Lind starred in "The Goldbergs" as Dana Caldwell and appeared in one episode of "Murder in the First" before playing Silver St. Cloud in "Gotham" season 4. She also starred in TV movies "Playdate" and "November Christmas."
In "Gotham" season 4, Lucas's character Tigress will be the enforcer for the new crime boss planning to take over Penguin as head of the underworld. The "Gotham" version of the character has no clear analog.
Lucas starred in "Cult" in 2013 and in "Gracepoint" in 2014 before joining "Gotham" season 4, which will also feature classic characters Azrael, the Calendar Man, Hugo Strange and Mister Freeze, Comic Book has learned.
