The Galaxy Note 5 has been spotted in a new gold color. The new color scheme appears similar to the golden variant of the Galaxy S6 and the Galaxy S6 Edge.
Recently, a lot has been revealed on the alleged specs of the Galaxy Note 5. However, the successor of the Note 4 will come in a new color variant of gold, Nowhere Else reported.
The Samsung Galaxy Note 5 is expected to also sport metal and glass chassis like the Galaxy S6. The image of the golden Galaxy Note 5 indicates that it is an AT&T variant. The release of the Galaxy Note 5 is imminent in the United States as its variants for all the major U.S. carriers have received approval from the FCC.
Early rumors had suggested that the Note 5 will be coming with a new S-Pen stylus that can be ejected automatically. However, the new photos reveal that users will have to manually eject the new S-Pen. The positioning of the headphone jack and the microUSB port is same as that of the Galaxy S6.
The rumored Galaxy Note 5 specifications include 5.7-inches Quad HD display, Exynos 7422 chipset, and 4 GB of RAM. It will be coming with Optical Image Stabilization enabled 16 MP rear camera, 5 MP frontal camera and the battery is expected to be of 4,100 mAh capacity, GSM Arena reported.
Samsung is rumored to unveil the Galaxy Note 5 on Aug. 13 and on Aug. 21 it will start selling the phablet. Rumors are rife that since there is huge demand for the upcoming iPhone 6S and the iPhone 6S Plus that will release in September, the South Korean tech giant has decided to launch its phablet in August rather than its usual game plan of releasing in September.
