The episode 6 of the drama series had ended with the news that Abdul, Sammy's gay friend has been kidnapped by the Caliphate. The episode 7 showed that Sammy is leaving no stone unturned as he tries to accumulate the amount for the ransom needed to rescue his friends.

Sammy, who was portrayed as a whiny teenager in the earlier episodes, has now matured and wants to do some good by rescuing the people who are held captive by caliphates. In his effort, he confronts his very moody uncle Jamal and asks him to release some funds for the same.

Although Leila is amused at his nephew's new found boldness, Jamal is surprisingly impressed by Sammy's change in demeanour and grants the amount. But it proved to be of no good use as by the time Sammy reaches the pre-decided place for the exchange, he finds that his friends have been executed, Celebrity Dirty Laundry reported.

Sammy was told that he can even watch the gruesome killing of his friends on an online video, in which they are blindfolded before being shot on camera.

Jamal is in a state of panic and his family is keeping distance due to his extreme and violent mood swings, TV Equals reported. During a ceremony, his pregnant daughter-in-law starts bleeding and doctors have to perform an emergency surgery to save the mother and the child.

The episode ended on a sad note as not only Nusrat loses her baby, due to excessive bleeding, doctors have to perform hysterectomy on her to save her, ruling out any chances of her becoming a mother in future episodes.

Meanwhile, Sammy finds a new purpose of using his money as he comes to know about a rebel group that needs funding and embarks on a journey to meet them.
