However, it is still unknown who will be the guy hearing Jane's "I do" at the wedding ceremony. The upcoming new season of the CW TV series will continue to have the rivalry between Jane's ex-fiancé Michael Cordero Jr. (Brett Dier) and Jane's baby daddy Rafael Solano (Justin Baldoni).
"Jane The Virgin" executive producer Jennie Urman revealed in an interview with TVGuide that Jane will eventually make a choice with one the boys. Urman further added that the show will have a wedding sometime in the new season.

In the finale episode titled "Chapter Twenty-Two," Jane is still unaware that Rose/Sin Rostro (Bridget Regan) kidnapped her son. The new season will also have a storyline on Jane's parents getting married while drunk in Las Vegas and Rafael's sperm split into two samples with Petra Solano (Yael Grobglas) taking the second sample.
