"The Bachelor" season 19 alum Chris Soules refused to explain the real reason behind his break up with Whitney Bischoff. Ever since the couple called off the engagement, the reality star has been linked with several women including "Dancing with the Stars'" Witney Carson and Chelsie Hightower.
According to Wet Paint, Soules has been dodging questions about his ex-fiance in his recent interview with Good Morning America. Instead of answering why they decided to call off the engagement, he simply told host Chris Harrison that he genuinely fell in love with Bischoff on the show.
Soules shared that he was uncomfortable discussing the break up on television without Bischoff by his side. He explained that he would like to keep the reason for the split private.
Right after their engagement was announced, Soules joined "Dancing with the Stars" season 20 where he was partnered with Carson. The duo's undeniable chemistry sparked speculations that there was something going on between the two.
It has long been rumored that Bristowe was jealous of her then fiance's dance partner. Some fans claimed that Soules should have not taken the dancing stint and instead spent time with Bischoff. They perceived that the long hours spent on his training definitely took a toll on their relationship.
Speaking to People, Carson revealed that she got in touch with Soules after she heard that the engagement was off. The Emmy nominee shared that "The Bachelor" alum seemed to be taking the break up pretty well. Carson said that they have developed a "great friendship" because of "Dancing with the Stars" and have stayed in touch since.
