West Ham pulled off a shocking 2-0 drubbing of one of the favorite clubs to win the championship this season, Arsenal FC, right at their own Emirates Stadium last week, as per Sports Illustrated.

Senegalese midfielder Cheikhou Kouyaté and Argentine forward Mauro Zárate scored a goal each in both halves to suppress the Gunners' momentum from their recent Community Shield win vs Chelsea.

Leicester City was coming off a big win themselves, carving a masterful 4-2 victory over Sunderland AFC in their own opener at the King Power Stadium in Leicester, via Chronicle Live.

The Foxes outscored the Black Cats as Algerian midfielder Riyad Mahrez executed a double and forward Jamie Vardy and midfielder Marc Albrighton contributed one apiece. Forwards Jermain Defoe and Steven Fletcher provided the goals for SAFC, but they were obviously not enough.

This would be a tough and entertaining match as both teams are out to follow-up their great starts in the latest season.

Prediction: A close but high-scoring 3-2 victory by West Ham over Leicester City. The Irons are highly confident after beating one of the best teams in the league on the road and they are going to bring the momentum in front of their home crowd.
