Recent reports on the "Fifty Shades Darker" movie claimed that Jamie Dornan has agreed to go on full frontal for the highly anticipated sequel. It was said that the R-rated film will have longer sex scenes compared to "Fifty Shades of Grey."
According to Movie News Guide, fans of the E.L. James novel were disappointed when they saw how the erotic scenes were played out in the film. They held that Christian Grey (Dornan) and Anastasia Steele's (Dakota Johnson) acting lacked a certain type of "rawness." They pointed out that the pairing had been too stiff and the actors did not have chemistry.
Despite receiving multiple criticisms, the first movie in the "Fifty Shades of Grey" franchise earned a whopping $500 million at the worldwide box office. It did not come as a surprise when the producers immediately signed Dornan and Johnson to reprise their roles in the sequel.
Fans may have seen a lot of Johnson in the first film but given that the erotic movie had a mostly female following, viewers were reportedly eager to see more of Dornan as well. According to Star magazine, "The Fall" actor had been offered $1.5 million to go full frontal on "Fifty Shades Darker."
Sources claimed that the amount was only a starting bonus if he would agree to do the scene. They added that Dornan would earn much more than the above figure. It was said that the actor was carefully considering the offer, adding that he would be "crazy" not to accept such a huge amount of money.
