Successful Taiwanese actor and sought-after endorser Eddie Peng said during the inauguration of Longines boutique in Mega City Banqiao in New Taipei City, Taiwan, on Aug. 14 that he would settle down at 35.
"I would love to get married before I turn 35,” said the 33-year-old bachelor, reported MSN.
Peng has been endorsing Longines as its Ambassador of Elegance since 2014.
Some of the luxury watchmaker’s elite ambassadors include Hong Kong singer-dancer-actor Aaron Kwok (2005), American retired professional tennis player Andre Agassi (2007), Taiwanese model-actress Lin Chi-ling (2006), and Oscar-winning English actress Kate Winslet (2010).
Longines flew Peng to Paris in April 2014 for a photoshoot. He was taken to three locations, namely, Auberge du Jeu de Paume (a luxury hotel), Domaine de Chantilly (a 19th-century chateau) and Musee du Cheval (Living Museum of the Horse).
Peng attended the opening of a Longines boutique store in Suria KLCC, a shopping center in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, in Nov. 2014. He was in the Philippines in March for a store opening in SM Mega Mall in Mandaluyong City.
During an exclusive interview for The Philippine Star in March, Peng was asked about the type of girl that would attract him.
“Maybe, someone I can really talk to, who has the same mindset as mine, somebody I can learn from,” he said.
Media reports once linked Peng to Taiwanese singer-actress Jolin Tsai, singer Lyla Lin of the Taiwanese female group Roomie and Hong Kong actress Dada Chan.
Along with American actress-singer Leighton Meester, the one who played Blair Waldorf in the popular teen drama series, “Gossip Girl” (2007-2012), Peng was chosen an ambassador of Biotherm, a French luxury skin care company.
Joxis Ng, Biotherm’s brand communications manager, only had pleasant words for Peng as their ambassador.
According to a report by Marketing-Interactive, Ng said that Peng possesses the traits people normally look for in a man.
“Eddie is handsome, smart, sophisticated, successful, and he has a strong will toward achievement,” she said.
Now who could be the lucky girl to capture the heart of such a kind of man?
