Marvel unveiled the first teaser trailer for "Captain America: Civil War" during Disney's D23 Expo, held in Anaheim, California. The first sneak peek was witnessed only by few people who attended the convention. However, the reports claim that a part of highly anticipated trailer has hit the internet.
"Captain America: Civil War" is slated to be released on May 6, 2016 worldwide. The "Winter Soldier" sequel will see the return of Robert Downey Jr. Iron Man, Chris Evans' Captain America, Jeremy Renner's Hawkeye, Scarlet Johansson's Black Widow, Sebastian Stan's Bucky Barnes and some new Avengers including Anthony Mackie's Falcon, Chadwick Boseman's Black Panther, Paul Rudd's Ant-Man, Paul Bettany's Vision and the new Spider-man.
It is said that the "Captain America: Civil War's" plot is loosely based on Marvel comic "Civil War" that sees the Avengers stand divided when the government implements a new act.
According to Australia Network News, the "Captain America: Civil War" leaked trailer from D23 Expo has been published on YouTube. It gives glimpse at several leading characters such as Captain America as well as the Marvel supervillain Crossbones.
Before the first ever "Captain America: Civil War" trailer surfaced on the internet, Entertainment Weekly published a description of it. The trailer reportedly showcases a combat between the Avengers and the villain Crossbones, also known as Brock Rumlow. Crossbones attacks Captain America with a magnetic bomb that forces the superhero to throw his shield in the sky. Captain America successfully defeats Crossbones.
It is followed by a glimpse at William Hurt's character the Secretary of State Thaddeus Ross, who happens to be Hulk's biggest enemy. The trailer also offers a look at Bucky Barnes, who is trapped in a warehouse, The Vision, Hawkeye, Black Panther and Ant-Man's first encounter with Captain America.
