Kristen Stewart expressed how she loves her "Twilight" co-star Taylor Lautner during their reunion at the premiere of "American Ultra" in Los Angeles on Aug. 19, Wednesday.
"I love Taylor," Stewart told E! News. "He's one of my boys. He's like one of my best friends. So I just thought, 'Come see the movie and hang out.'"
Stewart and Lautner co-starred in the 2010 film "The Twilight Saga: Eclipse," which was directed by David Slade and written by Melissa Rosenberg based on the novel by Stephenie Meyer.
"The Twilight Saga: Eclipse" also starred Robert Pattinson, Anna Kendrick, Bryce Dallas Howard, Xavier Samuel, Billy Burke, Justin Chon, Michael Welch, Christian Serratos, Jackson Rathbone, Ashley Greene, Paul Jarrett, Iris Quinn, Sarah Clarke, Peter Facinelli and Elizabeth Reaser, among others.
In a recent interview with Uproxx, Stewart was asked about her thoughts about a "Twilight" reboot. She said, "To be honest with you: I would be interested. I'd be kind of fascinated, but it wouldn't emotionally affect me one way or the other."
There is still no confirmation if "Twilight" will follow the recent trend of big film franchise reboots. Meanwhile, Stewart is set to appear in the action comedy "American Ultra," which is set to hit theaters on Aug. 21, Friday.
Directed by Nima Nourizadeh and written by Max Landis, "American Ultra" also stars Jesse Eisenberg, Connie Britton, Topher Grace, Walton Goggins, John Leguizamo, Bill Pullman, Tony Hale, Stuart Greer, Michael Papajohn, Monique Ganderton, Nash Edgerton, Paul Andrew O'Connor, Freddie Poole, Ilram Choi, James Bendishaw, Lavell Crawford, Sam Malone, Jim Klock and Wayne Pere, among others.
