"Lip Sync Battle" season 1 recently featured a showdown between "Empire" co-stars Taraji P. Henson and Terrence Howard.
According to Vulture, Henson and Howard each performed two songs. The former sang "Material Girl" and "Just Fine." Howard, meanwhile sang, "I'll Make Love to You" and "Brick House."
Two performed one song each and then continued with their next song after their opponent has sung. Towards the end of the episode, Howard was declared the winner for his rendition of "I'll Make Love to You."
Henson definitely did not have any negative thoughts about her loss. The actress reportedly looked very much like Madonna, who sang "Material Girl," according to Bustle.
However, as in previous episodes of "Lip Sync Battle," one of the two guest stars will eventually be declared as the winner.
Meanwhile, the season 1 finale episode of "Lip Sync Battle" also featured a flashback to some of the most memorable episodes on the show. This included Anne Hathaway's version of Miley Cyrus' "Wrecking Ball" and Stephen Merchant's performance of "Dirrty."
In other news, the rapper and his co-host Chrissy Teigen are happy to know that their show has been renewed by Spike network. In the next few months, "Lip Sync Battle" will be back for another season and show the promises to bring in and discover more talents from the industry.
Other celebrities who have appeared on the show include "The Tonight Show" host Jimmy Fallon, John Legend, "Pitch Perfect 2" star Anna Kendrick and more.
The premiere of "Lip Sync Battle" season 2 has not yet been confirmed by Spike.
