Henry Cavill's character Superman reportedly has more connection with Lois Lane than Wonder Woman.
In an interview with Cosmpolitan, the "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice" actor dished on the ongoing discussion about his character Superman's love interests.
"This is a very long discussion because there are a lot of questions to be asked and answered. I mean, who is better for a super-powered alien, a human or a goddess?" he said.
According to Cavill, Wonder Woman could do normal things and she would not necessarily fear Superman. However, Lois is the one who is able to provide the superhero with that baseline of humanity. Lois is also the one responsible for keeping Superman's feet planted on the ground.
Meanwhile, also weighed in on the assumption that Superman and Wonder Woman are equals.
"Strong women are nothing new for the comic book world. I'm glad they are being represented a bit more in film and on TV," he said.
In other news, Cavill also hinted on the possibility of appearing in "Suicide Squad" sequel. Although nothing has been confirmed as of late, Cavill told Metro UK that he is open to the idea of starring in the film.
"I might be!" he told the publication.
