"Minecraft" fans for PS3 and PS4 consoles can now avail of additional skin packs. The skin packs debuted on Aug. 28, Friday, and is now available on PlayStation Store.
"Minecraft" skin packs include characters from the "Star Wars" timeline, those that are Disney owned. There will be more than 70 "Star Wars" characters and creatures that are included on two separate "Minecraft" theme packs.
Fans of the "Minecraft" gameplay will have to purchase both to have the complete "Star Wars" skins, which are the Classic Skin pack and "Star Wars" Rebel pack, IGN reported.
"Minecraft" Classic Skin Pack includes the skins for Admiral Ackbar, Chewbacca, Greedo, Leia Organa, Luke Skywalker and plenty of other fan favorite characters from the original "Star Wars" trilogy. While the "Star Wars" Rebels Pack includes Chopper, Ezra Bridger, Hera Syndulla and the rest of the Star Wars Rebels line-up, which should appeal to younger players.
"Minecraft" Star Wars skin packs are relatively cheap compared to other games that are offering skins. The "Star Wars" skin pack cost $2.99 each. "Skyrim" and "Mass Effect" mashup packs cost $3.99. Having both of the "Minecraft" skin packs could mean that gamers are going to have plenty of characters in the next Minecraft adventures.
"Minecraft's" three forces have joined together to bring gamers these skin packs, which are the Disney Interactive, Lucasfilm, and Microsoft. They have teamed up and created over 70 skins for this platform. Simply use the buttons on the controller to make way through the PlayStation Store, locate the pack and simply click the button, PlayStation Blog reported.
