Caitlyn Jenner and ex-wife Kris Jenner's meet for the first time after Cait's gender transformation. A Source has reported that Cait and Kris actual first meeting was done off camera in Cait's home.
Caitlyn and Kris' first encounter was taped by E! For the docu-series "I am Cait," which followed the new life of Caitlyn, formerly known as Bruce.
The 65-year-old Olympian and Kris has been married for 23 years and had broken up in 2014 when Cait announced his decision to be transformed as a transgender woman. After the surgery, Bruce now goes by her new name Caitlyn or Cait for short. The former couple has two children Kendall and Kylie, who, according to the source was the main reason why Cait does not want any bad blood between her and Kris.
"We've moved on, both of us, but I don't want to throw all of the good times away," said Caitlyn in an interview with ET Online. "And for the kids, Kendall and Kylie, I don't want tension. I don't want to put them in a tough position. This is really very, very difficult," Cait continued.
Meanwhile, an "I am Cait" teaser clip showed Kris complimenting Caitlyn on her choice of footwear, the Hollywood Reporter reported. Reportedly, Kris also gave Caitlyn some cookies.
"I am Cait," video also showed tension and drama when in a conversation, Cait answered back on Kris with a sassy "So?" The clip was then cut, attracting audiences to dig deeper on what had happened in the episode.
"I am Cait," will premiere on Sept. 6 at 8pm on E!
