YouTuber MrBossFTW (aka Ross) already confirmed that GTA V Online will have the proposed September DLC release earlier than expected. The next DLC is almost ready for launching, according to the tweet of popular GTA 5 tipster Funmw2.
The upcoming DLC has some intriguing gameplay content for GTA Online. The update reportedly includes a new feature that let the gamers change the gender of their character. Players would be able to undergo plastic or cosmetic surgery to change the appearances or change the gender their main game characters in GTA Online. Game developer Rockstar support agents might offer this option to interested GTA Online players via special forum requests, according to International Business Times.
It indicates that the next DLC files plugged as "DLCPacks4" have already been uploaded to Rockstar's game servers and could be released soon. DLC description suggests that it will include Rockstar Editor in the game folder, which is also part of PlayStation 4 and Xbox One versions, and will occupy 150MB or the gaming console storage, iDigitalTimes reported.
Aside from the Rockstar Editor and gender-changing feature, the upcoming DLC will feature new set of creative set of tools, including a Director Mode which allows users to arrange sequences using characters, props, and locations from the game.
Previously, the DLC is set to launch in August but it has suffered some technical problems. It has been further confirmed that the DLC update would be released sometime in second week of September, according to Funmw2.
Meanwhile, the new feature Rockstar Editor has been first launched in April 2015 for the PC platform.
