"The Witcher 3: Hearts of Stone" DLC release date is set for Oct. 13. There are reports that Geralt will fight with an immortal man in this DLC.
According to Game Spot, the game's director Konrad Tomaszkiewicz revealed in an interview that the upcoming DLC's characters are well-established. He also added the players need to indulge in some fast and serious decision-making while playing the game, which will impact the game in a major way.
The release date for popular game series "The Witcher 3: Hearts of Stone" was recently announced. CD Projekt Red confirmed the same as well, according to iDigital Times. The firm also confirmed that they will be releasing physical Gwent Cards, at a very genuine price.
The first two premium versions of the game will be released on Oct. 13, 2015. More than 10 hours will be added to the content, including new characters and new monsters. In addition, there will also be a new mechanic, Runewords, who will improve the combat strategies of the players.
The release will be accompanied with the physical release of the game's goodies in a few selected stores. The goodies will come packed in a box and will cost $19.99 a box. They players who will buy this box, will also get a pair of the Gwent decks, in real.
This will include "Scoia'tael" cards and "The Monster" cards, which were seen in "The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt." The only drawback here is that the users who will buy this box will still need to download the expansion from their Xbox Live and Play Station Live. It is also reported that the DLC of the game will see a very limited release.
The players already owning the copy of "The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt" will also get some special things with the up coming launch of "The Witcher 3: Hearts of Stone." CD Projekt Red recently launched a new web page which will enable the owners of the ''Wild Hunt'' to purchase their sets of the Gwent decks, without any need to go to any store to buy it.
They can do so on RedeemGwent.com and generate a purchase code, and simply buy the deck.
