Amal Clooney is definitely making a perfect style statement these days. The brunette beauty, who is a specialist in public international law, was recently seen donning a beautiful red Dolce & Gabbana dress in Maldives. To add a little zing to her wardrobe she has reportedly selected a few designer wear shoes from the Ennio Mecozzi brand.
Clooney reportedly loved the brand and chose to wear Emma black and nude pumps, that included a low heel and golden buckle details for her first day at work after summers, What resulted is a lot of inquisitiveness in the Italian label. Anita Flavin, who is a top figure in the international luxury footwear industry, collaborated with Italian shoemaker Ennio Mecozzi and became the creative director of the Italian footwear brand.
"Our aim is to make shoes that as comfortable and wearable as they are beautiful," Irish Independent quoted Flavin as saying.
Flavin said that it was her dream to design luxurious, yet comfortable shoes and that she was happy with the collection that came out during the first season and could not wait for the autumn winter.
The Irish entrepreneur is currently instrumental in the design of footwear collections, strategies of marketing and ethics of Ennio Mecozzi brand. Flavin has 25 years of experience in footwear industry, previously heading her personal shoe brand, Minette and Neet. She was able to sell her brand to Harrods, Selfridges, Topshop and Kurt Geige, as also independent retailers located in USA, Japan and European countries.
Her newest client, Clooney, clearly is in love with Flavin's shoe designs. One of the consultants of the firm told Irish Inependent,"She has ordered several other pairs too so we are obviously thrilled she is such a fan of the brand."
