Motorola released another smartwatch on their roster that is expected to be a more fitting device for sports enthusiasts.
The new Moto 360 Sport is the "athletic cousin" of the 360 devices. Though Moto 360 has been user-friendly towards athletes, the Moto 360 Sport has a lot of new features that will help users become more efficient.
The new smartwatch has its own GPS run tracking and GPS radio that enables wearers to receive updates while jogging. The GPS radio will also allow users to activate top runnign apps like Ghot Racer, Endomondo and Run Keeper without the need to have their actual smartphone with them.
The Moto 360 also has a software called Moto Body, which tracks different lifestyle activities and keeps tabs on the calorie burn and steps of the user.
With the latest version of Android Wear OS, the Moto 360 Sport is compatible with all Android smartphones, but it is also compatible on iPhones, according to Wareable.
In terms of the design, the Moto 360 Sport has a very "comfortable" interface with a strong silicone construction with special UV coating that wicks away moisture and resists fading of staining. It also has a side ventilation channels to help the user stay cool, according to Motorola.
Moreover, the smartwear will have an iP67 rating so users can wear it even when it is raining, but it is not allowed for swimming.
The Moto 360 does not have a price tag yet, but it was reported to fall under the price range of $299 to $429.
