"American Horror Story" "Hotel" star Angela Bassett recently dished on what it was like kissing Lady Gaga on the AMC series.
In an interview with Access Hollywood, the actress revealed that the "Born This Way" singer is a good kisser.
"First time I met her, she had a party for the cast and crew and that was the first meeting... she was in this beautiful gown that was sort of see-through and vintage and a diamond necklace... and I'm just trying to be cool," she said.
Bassett also recounted the first conversation she had with Lady Gaga during her party.
According to the Oscar-nominated star, the singer asked her if she was nervous about their onscreen kiss.
"She said, 'Don't be nervous. I know about these things. I have been there.' I was like, 'Okay!'" she said.
Meanwhile, Bassett also gushed over the 29-year-old singer and said that she is such a nice, funny and gracious person.
During the same party, Bassett celebrated her 57th birthday and her co-star gifted her with an X-rated cake.
In other news, the actress will play the role of Ramona Royale, an actress and Lady Gaga's former lover.
During an interview with Entertainment Weekly, "They are powerful women at opposite sides and at odds with one another, each believing that they're right."
Lady Gaga, meanwhile, will play the role of The Countess, who also happens to be the owner of Hotel Cortez.
"American Horror Story" season 5 "Hotel" will premiere on AMC on Oct. 7.
