Following Apple's recent iPhone and iPad event, Google is closing out the year with an array of Nexus phones and the release of Android Marshmallow in its keynote event in San Francisco tomorrow.
According to Engadget, Google might also feature new Chromecast products and release more details on Android Wear.
One of the expected highlights is the launch of Nexus 5X, which looks similar to its predecessor Nexus 5. Google partners with LG once again on this new smartphone.
It has a Snapdragon 808 processor, 5.2-inch display, up to 3GB of RAM, fingerprint sensor, and a 13-megapixel camera. It could have a USB Type-C connector, too!
Nexus 5X 16GB is rumored to be priced at $380 and an additional $100 for the 32GB.
Google is also reportedly tying up with Huawei for the release of Nexus 6P which is bigger at 5.7-inch display, Snapdragon 810, dual front speakers, fingerprint sensor on the back, USB Type-C, and best of all a powerful 3,450mAh battery.
Another thing you can expect is an upgrade to Chromecast, Google's dongle that can turn any TV into a smart one. Rumor has it that a new design could possibly be launched for 5G networks and 802.11ac WiFi. There's no confirmation if the price will remain a $35 or lower.
It's also expected that upgrades on Android TV, Android Wear, and Android Auto are coming.
The Verge reports that the event will start at the following times San Francisco: 9:00AM / New York: 12:00PM / London: 5:00PM / Berlin 6:00PM / Moscow: 7:00PM / Beijing: 12:00AM (September 30th) / Tokyo: 1:00AM (September 30th) / Sydney 2:00AM (September 30th).
