The next episode of "Once Upon a Time" Season 5 is expected to reveal what happened in Camelot that made Emma Swan (Jennifer Morrison) completely embrace the Dark One role. The synopsis and sneak peek videos of "Once Upon a Time" Season 5 titled "The Price" tease on the Dark Swan-Regina conflict, the storyline in Camelot, Hook's rescue plan and Robin Hood's life in danger.
According to the new episode's synopsis in a Hollywood Hills report, OUAT characters Regina/Evil Queen (Lana Parrilla) and Captain Hook (Colin O'Donoghue) continues to find a way in order to protect and save Emma Swan (Jennifer Morrison) from the dark side. Hook will set up a tried-and-true method with the hopes of bringing his girlfriend Emma back while Regina will step up in a shocking way as she tests her courage and determination as a force on the good side.
A royal ball in Camelot will also happen in the upcoming second episode of the ABC TV series. However, the celebration, where the Storybrooke heroes were welcomed, takes a deadly turn that forces Prince Charming/David (Josh Dallas) and Robin Hood (Sean Maguire) leap into action or be unable to find a crucial asset in saving Emma.
Meanwhile, the first sneak peek video teases on the clash between Emma Swan as the new Dark One and Regina after Henry (Jared S. Gilmore) summoned his mother. Emma sounds confident that Regina does not have what it takes to become Storybrooke's new Savior.
"Once Upon a Time" cast member Lana Parrilla explained in an Entertainment Weekly interview that Regina is very experienced in crossing over to the dark side and committing evil acts. In the new season, Parrilla teased that Regina will be worried for everyone because she fears the darkness will fully consume Emma and she may never go back to her true Savior side.
In the second sneak peek video titled "In Regina We Trust," Regina begins to feel the pressure of her new role as the town's Savior and leader. Regina will struggle to prove her worth after Emma told her that no one believes she is capable of protecting Storybrooke and its residents.
Series creator and executive producer Edward Kitsis teased that Regina will be pushed into this new responsibility where some of the Storybrooke residents are hesitant to trust her because they are still frightened of her. Regina's list of things to deal with in "Once Upon a Time" Season 5 will become longer because a mysterious dark entity shows up and takes Robin Hood away in the ending scene of the sneak peek video.
